USA, Circa: 2002
Russian Sambo (Russian judo, wrestling and karate) is performed in the Russian tradition. It incorporates some of the most important elements of sambo as performed in other countries: blocks and throws, jumping, and wrestling. It does not have many of the crippling restrictions found in many Western Sambo schools. These rules are in place to help protect the participants’ head, neck, and spinal cord.

Keyboard Macro lets you automate your keyboard shortcuts using script files.
KEYBOARD MACRO
KEYMACRO is a simple and powerful utility, which was designed to help you to automate keyboard shortcuts. You can easily create and save a set of macros using a simple wizard-like interface. Once created, macros can be placed in any order and even used more than once.
Keyboard macros
Keyboard macros are simply programmed combinations of keyboard shortcuts that automate your routine tasks. Using macros can save you a lot of time. So the idea is to automate keyboard shortcuts that you use often, or shortcuts that you perform several times a day. And each macro is defined by a list of hotkeys, and at what time you want to perform the action. For example, you can add a macro for starting the Notepad editor at a certain time of the day.
Main features
KEYMACRO is designed to be intuitive, fast and user-friendly. Once installed and configured, you can create and save keyboard macros using a wizard-like interface. Using this software, you can create macros for opening/closing, minimizing/maximizing, or minimizing/maximizing windows, dragging files or applications, resizing windows and much more. All these operations are performed using keyboard shortcuts and are listed in the interface.
To open the macro editor, simply click on the File menu and choose New. A wizard-like interface will then open where you can define and save macros. KEYMACRO runs under Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
Keyboard macros are easy to use
You can configure your macro as many times as you want. Simply use the Edit button to change the order of hotkeys, or to add more hotkeys. You can also specify that a macro should be performed every time the application is launched, or every time the application starts.
You can also define a macro to be performed each time you press a certain hotkey combination, such as Alt+R for launching the Notepad editor. This is a great option for those who perform repetitive operations on the computer.
If you happen to miss a hotkey combination, you can add a Hotkey command for it. For example, if you want to use the F3 key to minimize a window, you can add that hotkey to the macros you want to save.
Shortcuts in all the dialog boxes
KEYMACRO lets you easily work with all the dialog boxes of the application. It means that you can press the F
